Pros
With the exception of one or two bad eggs, the actual employees at the ground level are a great group and genuinely like each other. Nice downtown space near the subway, close to amenities. Free snacks.
Cons
Six months ago this was a place with a ton of potential, but weak, self-serving and dishonest leadership has led to a toxic environment where the worst elements have risen to the top and all the best people have left or are desperately trying to. You'll never hear them admit it though. Current leadership refuses to acknowledge that the mass exodus of all their best people has anything to do with them. They are as good at finding ways to rationalize their dysfunctional behaviour as they are bad at running a company. Clients are unhappy, staff is unhappy, and the cracks are starting to show.
