Downtown office, open-space, free snacks and cool activities from time to time
Cons
Architech is like a revolving door. The best people are gone now and the leadership changes direction at the speed of light. Not the place to build your career. I think that most of the good reviews on glassdoor are actually fake. I was often "encouraged" to post a good review while I worked there.
