less transparency of rules, less/no motivation or rewards for stockroom employees but there are rewards for shop floor employees which makes stockroom employees less motivated and unhappy after their hardwork on picking and delivery, hot chat with manager means ruining your chances of getting your desired holiday weeks and also no overtime (even if you are right) as my contract is cancelled after small thing by stating that I didn't call manager when I was away for a surgery however I had already given a doctor note that I need an urgent surgery . I was feeling like, this is my reward after working 5-6 years for the company, manager even didn't give any last warning
