Pros
It's a great place to work, the staff are usually very friendly and sociable, the rate of pay is good, you usually start off on above minimum wage and the work is interesting, be in in the stockroom or shop floor.
Cons
In my particular store the hours you get are not great. On a part time contract I usually only get 10 hours a week. They seem to hire more staff than is actually needed so most peoples hours are quite low.
