Pros
Great staff - All staff at Burgess Hill Argos are great people who are always willing to help me with things I may have forgotten or still getting to grips with. Easy to learn system - the overall system of Argos is very easy to pick up and learn, in about 3 weeks I've become a confident member of staff and I can normally do most tasks without any need for assistance.
Cons
The most challenging part of the job is using the program "aura" which is used to do a multitude of stock related tasks. It is very hard to remember and also looks very unappetising to use
