Pros
The customer interaction always brings a smile to your face. As long as you are polite and communicate well, most people will accept delays good naturally.
Cons
Management was appalling. Spiteful, childish and malicious, preferring to sit in the management office and gossip than support staff. Customer advisors soon found their hours docked or given the worst shifts if you weren't in the clique.
