Pros
Always busy, different experiences each day, range of skills to be learnt. 10% discount is handy
Cons
The pressure can be hard to deal with sometimes. Also if you're in a small store, stock availability can be minimal which can irritate customers. There is hard physical work involved which can be draining. Also the 'flexible hours' can be a pain as it actually means you can't plan things like child care as shifts differ from week to week.
