Pros
Good discounts Argos and Homebase. Not a bad job if you enjoy being out and about meeting people. Good training and in the main good people to work with.
Cons
Unsocial hours. Early shift starts at five am late shift ends at Ten pm. Equipment issued is flaky at best, drivers were discouraged from using own satnavs. Poor pay, national minimum. On occasions the delivery times can be tight too impossible to complete. Staff turnover is high.
