Currently working in Argos in which I very much like to work for you get to experience what it's like to help run such a business 'behind the scenes' also it's a bonus with your staff discount too
Cons
Some people tend to work harder than others and despite if they reach their targets they can get rewarded with breaks and praised whilst people who are running round the back get no mention at all.
