Can easily top out in pay. Occasional commission percentage cuts

Medical benefits were comprehensive and had many options.

Management had no grasp on team responsibilities. Lack of leadership and poor decision making when it comes to promotion or deciding who should lead the team. Very stressful and abusive management.
