      Great company with extremely high moral and ethical standards Amazing people to work with Fun environment

      Cons

      Entry level pay is very low with long wait time until pay increase Overall compensation once you put in your time is still not very high Highly dependent on what regional distributor you work for Extremely long hours No work/life balance

      Pros

      Free lunch, casual day on fridays and the smoothie bar was a bonus. The gym was nice too.

      It can be very cliquey. You can feel excluded from certain groups
