Hired Just to be Fired - The Revolving Door of the Marketing Department - Marketing Arthrex Employee Review

I was hired to fill a “desperate” full-time spot on the Marketing Team to help them. A couple months later I was let go out of left field for “poor performance”. I had a paper trail of emails from many people and the CEO approving and applauding me for my work. I also qualified for unemployment too. So that proves what they said was all a lie. I have noticed on the job listings under the Marketing / Advertising category on the Arthrex website there is a pattern of the same job postings disappearing, only to reappear a couple months later. Its a big Red Flag for sure. It appears this company keeps their skeleton crew and then cycles through the rest of the hires every couple of months. High Turnover.
