Pros
People are generally very interested and passionate about their work. Managers genuinely concerned with their staff members. Interesting projects, with the ability to work around the world. Profit sharing benefits, employee owned company with an ethical stance which appears to impact (some) commercial decisions.
Cons
High pressure environment, and the possibility of an unhealthy practice of working long hours. Some managers better at others than controlling this and not contributing to that environment.
