      Excellent projects to work on Just having Arup on your CV goes a long way Extremely knowledgable colleagues Nice offices Nice coffee

      Absolutely terrible pay, often new graduates start on higher wages than those that have been there 1 or 2 years No prospect of promotion unless you are one of the chosen few who are picked straight out of university, and usually have parents in high places

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
