- WFH 3 days a week - nice, good people that transition from work friends to actual friends - decent socials - ability to work abroad for 4 weeks during the year
Cons
- low pay when compared to competitors - no profit share in last 2 years (apart from 1% in November, when it has been between 3-4% in 2022) - morale at all time low - poor management decisions -frequent redundancy consultations (4 in the past 2 years) - unclear/vague/limited career progression
