its a great place to work. career progression is available to anyone who is willing to learn and challenge themselves. There is so much flexibility available, and the atmosphere makes it a lovely place to work.
Cons
No cons that come to mind. It's amultinational which comes with its challenges, but once you work well and communicate well with other departments it's just a great place to work
