- Run by an "old boys club" mentality. The 10+ year crew despise new hires because they're skilled and very quickly expose poor performance at higher levels. - Bullying mentality allowed to exist and nothing is done about it. This leads to you having to watch people cry in the office, people needing to be signed off with depression and stess, being given pointless admin tasks to make them hate their role and exceptional people leaving as they don't want to work in this type of environment. People are literally terrrified to deal with some of the Senior Leadership in the EMEA region because they know they're going to get torn apart regardless of how much good they've done...there will always be a reason to make you feel small, inferior and insignificant. - If you speak up about the above, one of two things happens. Either you're left alone (in my case I was) or you become a victim yourself. - Blame culture in place as it's easier to point fingers than fix the issues being highlighted. Some of this was resolved in fairness, but only because some of the worst offenders were made redundant in the most recent mass cull. - You'll be made to feel unwelcome and that you're doing a poor job, even if you're playing a part in delivering better results than they've seen for a long time. - The focus is purely on keeping customers, rather than finding new logos. This isn't sustainable, especially when doing such a poor job of delivering what is promised. - The technology is poor at best. Whilst the idea is pretty decent, you shouldn't be selling something that doesn't work. Try calling into their office or using their online chat yourself...the experience is awful, and that's if it works at all. - Lay-offs are constant as they try to figure out a way to stop burning cash. You're only ever a number....don't get comfy. - All new employees are confused and the majority want to leave. Even the senior hires (who aren't too busy playing politics because they're out of their depth) are unhappy and want out. - They have lost a massive amount of market share they once owned due to complacency. Now they're on a campaign to win it back with a shoddy product after putting all their eggs in their Via basket. - Competitors pay a lot more. - Internal employees are asked to leave decent Glassdoor reviews to mask the genuine ones.
