Good for beginning your career if you don't get any other options.
Cons
- Worst salary - No good machines. It will take sometime to do something in the machine. Most of the machine are running with Pentium 4 processor. - CRT monitors. They care much about your eyes :) - Only a few clients. - Managers are really not mature in handling meeting. Most of the mangers get the position by the years worked in the company not because they deserve it. - They will estimate 2 year project to complete in 6 months. Now you got an idea of work pressure. - Worst culture. - Not much great peers to work with. You cannot find not much people really passionate or good in there respective areas. - The application they build is crap both code wise and also usability wise. It make really harder for employees to collaborate. - One of the worst canteen.
