I loved the company culture — Asurion genuinely cared about helping us connect as a regional team. There were activities a couple of times a year to get to know each other better, which really strengthened our relationships. I also had the best manager I’ve ever worked with.

If you’re based outside the U.S., career growth opportunities can be quite limited.

You will never be considered good enough at your job. They will nit pick everything and let you know weekly. If you succeed at reaching goals they just double the amount needed for goal. Promotion is based off office politics. Work long enough and you will see pay model continuously change so you make less money.
