      Pros

      Company benefits is not bad and hospital is nice and has up to date equipment. Always had opportunities to pick up extra shifts and OT if wanted on same unit or other units.

      Cons

      management in some units can be a hassle and there can be favoritism at times, If Working overnight then you will not have a fun schedule. If you are not a full time NA/PCT , you will be the first on the list to be floated to another unit as FT employees do not float as often

      Pros

      Wonderful colleagues. Patients are treated well. Doctors, nurses and techs work hard and smart. Always something fun or worthwhile to participate in. Amazing people to work with. 100% deserve a best place to work. I loved Atlantic Health overall. 5 star with a bad apple spoiling the experience.

      Cons

      Poor communication at the middle management level. Incomplete, misleading communication on specific expectations, poor follow through on feedback, supervisor opinions formed without opportunity from employee to clarify. Very poor process efficiency and unwillingness to hear suggestions or solutions ... we've done it this way for a long time. This goes against corporate I in PRIDE. Slow to implement change and change is poorly implemented without use cases or thinking things through.. from my perspective. Supervisor words and actions are mismatched. Feedback without follow through for clarity.
