leadership suggested possibilities for growth and a certain people focused culture, but actions have fallen short of promises...there is a general lack of trust, when interacting with other teams for my responsibilities, I have found a distinct lack of passion/caring. It's like people are just coasting, waiting for something better to come along. It's disappointing, I was expecting more of Atos...even their website, the hub for employee information, crashes regularly and information is 2 months plus out of date with current events...it doesn't inspire confidence, especially if they are supposed to be an IT company
