Pros
No discipline in Job, you can just relax and enjoy coz nobody cares about their clients.
Cons
Managment acts like a thug, no ethics are followed and nobody to complain to. They'll do whatever they want. No growth in terms of Pay. People are working on lower than Inddustry level pay scale for years. They will make false promise while resruting (True incident- They recruted one guy telling 5.2 lpa as the package after joing they changed it to 4.8 and told him to take it or leave it).
