      Pros

      Relaxed work culture, opportunities to go abroad. Some are very good projects in testing, telecom and SAP Ample number of leaves Unlimited office breaks No work load after defined hours Opportunities to go abroad within first 2 years

      Cons

      very less increments that too you will get in the month of august every year when all other companies will stop recruiting very difficult to change the project some projects have hell lot of work
