      Good work culture. Can change Work location if needed. Work from home is promoted. Process is good. Overall good structured organisation with strong future aspects.

      Cons

      Too much process. Process in process. Salary hike is very low. Have to stay for a long to get onsite opportunities. Policies are not that employee friendly.
