Pros
I thought the work environment was great and I was given a lot of freedom in how I approached my work as long as it was done in a timely manner. Friendly office culture when face to face. Never made a big deal about coming in a bit late or leaving a bit early.
Cons
A strong focus on the "numbers" sometimes caused what I felt like unnecessary stress. Of course I understand the need to hit a goal but I felt like sometimes it was overbearing how much they tried to drill the point. Most of my co-workers (including management) was always nice to each other but would talk about others behind their back constantly. Not a lot of room to grow in my department which was disappointing for me
