Nice HR policies, work life balance is good, nice and flexible work timing, cheap transportation and food, inter project transfers.
Cons
Slow career growth, middle management is fat (35-45 years). Less salary compared to peers, lots of regional politics, almost no onsite opportunities, you might end up working on same technology for years. Degraded over time in the quality of work being outsourced to india from Germany.
