Pros
Great account teams. Great work from home flexibility for most employees of the organization.
Cons
Little to no training. No regard for well being of employees. HR communication is dismal at best if they respond to requests at all. Scant salary/merit increases. Inconsistencies in delivery. Lacking in project management and process. Both are areas in serious need of attention. It is very difficult to get upper management to work with you on anything regarding professional growth.
