Cons
1. VERY Low salaries 2. Poor employee morale 3. Limited opportunities for advancement 4. High-pressure work environment with unrealistic expectations 5. Very fast paced, and you're expected to perform at 100% at ALL times. Also expected to work outside of work hours and overnight with offshore teams if needed. I have worked for 48 hours straight before without any sleep. (This happens more often than you would think.)
