Pros
Get good experience to take to another company. They throw you into senior roles (without the senior salary) but means you gain lots of experience quickly. Good if you like to be thrown in the deep end.
Cons
The business do not mind about the awful retention of employees as it is seen as a cost saving exercise. They have around 200+ graduates joining each year which are cheap to hire and put them in senior jobs without appropriate training. Once the grads get fed up and leave, they have new grads in and the cycle continues.
