      Cons

      Managerial incompetence and cronyism at nearly every level. Jumping from one crisis to the next putting out fires because of poor planning by managers.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
