      Pros

      I love my job I enjoy the people I work with benefits are great and the management is 50/50 it really depends on your department

      Cons

      Need better pay for the job we do and the drive we make need more options for cross training for the people that want overtime to lighten the load on people that are working mandatory ot and don't want it
