      Pros

      The deal review process is very earnest, and have posibility to deliver system/documents to customers.

      Cons

      But the deal process is very complicated and depending on each person's judgement. Surely various PoV is required to review and it seems correct, but it's not industrialized and needed to create various documents for INTERNAL process for each deal review.

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

      Pros

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Cons

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
