I can describe Avanade as a bunch of skillless people who cover each other's back to keep their jobs in this 'hard for business time'.
And here's a few reasons why:
- Awful onboarding: they all stuck in some old systems and you never can have real human support, everyone is hiding under an e-mail address.
- Terrible management and irresponsible hiring: they are not able to provide that kind of work they hired you for and will throw on you different unrelated to your role tasks juts to keep you busy, and after this will put a lot of pressure on you regarding your 'career goals' and how are you going to achieve them.
- 'Playing politics' is the main key to success there - probably a common symptom for a corporation but highly visible here.
- They don't have any integrity and don't respect the values they state for: if people matter for Avanade, how comes that those people don't have at least a normal place to eat or, sometimes, even to work.
