Accessible leadership -- very easy to have candid conversations with anyone up through C-suite Open and collaborative work environment Company / team outings every month or two Diverse workforce
Cons
For internal, lower-level roles, it seems one may need to push hard for personal career progression. There doesn't appear to be a straightforward advancement / development path.
