      Lots of autonomy on work, great team and supporting on work life related decisions

      Cons

      Promotions hard to come by and salaries can be better. Some geographies merging to Accenture which can be really bad depending on who you get stuck with in Accenture

      Company really cares for their employees, development, and culture Recognition for good work

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle
