      They had a very good benefits offering

      Cons

      The buy/hold program always made me feel like I was doing something illegal. No signed agreement from the client but IBM and Avnet "shipped" the server for revenue recognition. Then it's up to the sales rep to manage that "return" when the deal fell thru.

      If you value stability and job security, this is the place to be. Avnet benefits from all the business being routed in from semiconductor companies. Good work life balance.
