Pros
You get Catered lunches twice a week, and free snacks during the day. The environment was nice, friendly from all teams, and seemed like they wanted to help you in the beginning.
Cons
Whoever has the final decision on what to spend the money on (CEO) should be fired. The company is a sinking ship because, they doesn't know how to invest properly in the right people to keep it growing. Instead Axcient is mismanaging funds, and laying off people without warning who they just hired to save money.
