      Good people, position allows me to be in total control within my area of responsibility.

      Cons

      Chemical plant has exposures to unknown and known hazards. Vault job located in center of plant so exposure is great. Too much emphasis on employee shortfalls instead of analysis and investment in infrastructure and needed equipment.
