      Okay compensation and benefit. Variety jobs to choose from. Big name on resume.

      Cons

      Germans are given the first priority for promotion, despite their experience or education level. The company runs like a government office. Your career path depends on who you know. Change management on annual basis in many groups, mostly German come and German go.

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible

      Onboarding was difficult in some cases as communications between various departments wasn't always streamlined, but overall, not bad
