      Large global company, feels like college campus. Lot of resource and opportunity for those who seek but place for those who want to stay still. Has excellent employee resource group

      Cons

      Corporate culture, very hard to shake out of. Department to department culture can be different. Can easily get lost in number & ignored. Slow to adapt to change.
