      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. The are a lot of great people to work with.

      Cons

      There is way too much gossip. The plant is open to the elements without any way for workers to be comfortable. Hot and humid during the summer and cold during the winter.

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
