      Flexible. So flexible that nobody would notice if you hadn't worked for days.

      Cons

      We have been taking over more and more responsibilities and no salary increase or anything is in sight. Constantly working from home because the office is too small and the new office hasn't been finished since two years - we're moving in this quarter every quarter.
