Pros
The benefits provided by this company are excellent. The pay is competitive and there is usually an annual bonus for employees at all levels of the organization.
Cons
Manufacturing employees from management all the way out to hourly production floor workers are run into the ground. Production sites are not adequately staffed to allow for vacation coverage and call-outs. 60-70 hour work weeks become the norm at all levels.
