Pros
They have great bonuses, insurance, they do celebrate their employees by providing free food from good restaurants/food trucks. Ms. Sandra is a rare GEM. I We lost a loved one and she had flowers sent to our family.
Cons
No room for error not even small ones. They don't play about their parts. Super high turnover rate. Long 12 hours shifts. Big and super Old machines that have to be watched like babies that break down too quick and so constant they have engineers that are there for constant repairs as needed. THEY NEED NEW EQUIPMENT! Some in management tries super hard to find things wrong even small things to get you wrote up and even fired. Things can actually not be of any fault on your part yet they still find a way either to write you up, reprimand you along with others, or simply terminate your position. Bottom line if you work for Basf Huntsville, they show a lot of company appreciation for your hard work, but will show little to no mercy for small mistakes that may or may not be your fault.
