Pros
Good benefits and pay as compared with similar industry. Comfortable working environment. Huge company with chances to know many people from different walks of lives and countries.
Cons
Shows favouritism. Poor chances for career advancements as it's all about pulling strings. Example Indonesian management will promote Indonesian and deprive much worthy employees to be promoted. Low recognition no matter how well you performed. Poor leadership. Well, we can't really blame them since most of them have no calibre in the first place and only focus on boot licking. Lousy HR who don't listen or bother about employees well-fare or voices of grievance. Stuck up HR and foreign management.
