Cons
The CEO is a problem, and unfortunately HR is still growing and not there to protect you. There was an exceptional amount of pressure to sell even when budgets were met and exceeded. They recently changed the hybrid policy to a return to office policy, it was counterproductive. Essentially no exceptions to work from home if you or your kid has a cold, you have to take PTO or use sick days. Taking unexpected days off is stressful when you are already working with very lean support. Most of the time, people would work from home to continue business. The office has not been updated in over two decades. Toxic pillars like “ we are a family”. The company culture needs to evolve.
