Hostile work environment. Its like being in high school all over again. Everyone is out for blood lashing out at co-workers when they don't get their way and not being disciplined for it. Its best to keep your head down, do your work and go home. Favoritism plays a big part in this company. Last but not least layoffs, you could work with this company for 20 years and when they do layoffs your gone. I have witnessed 4 of them and they are huge.
