      Terrible work place. Just hopeless - Office Administrator BELFOR Group Employee Review

      Pros

      Met some nice people. Some motivated employees.

      Cons

      If you like high school bullying and favoritism, this is the place to be. Constant bullying. Terrible managers and bad communications. Managers lie when negotiating salary. Hard work not rewarded and low bonuses at the end of the year. If you are not in the inner circle of managers, you will be neglected and will never have a career. Backstabbing constantly by employees to get ahead. This place is a mess. Employees are not motivated due to the toxicity of the management.

      Pros

      There are no pros the treat employee like trash put you in terrible situations then get rid of you. They don’t take care of there vehicles and send you to bedbug and cockroach jobs. They say you can turn a job down if you do they threaten to fire you. The lie about payments and don’t give bonuses. They also mess up everyone of your paychecks and make you fight forever to get pay fixed. They don’t respect lunch times and expect you to have the motivation to keep going. They want you to leave or breathe Belfor or suffer the consequences.

      Cons

      They work you to death make you employee of the year then promise you the world just to fire you for no reason and don’t show you proof. Put you in situations that doesn’t follow OSHA guidelines. Insurance fraud jokesters. Don’t follow IICRC guidelines. Go against their own company policies.
