      Pros

      Not many Most co-workers are great people that are unsuspecting of the kind of company they work for

      Cons

      Employees are promised lots of things like raises, room for improvement then are shafted and pushed aside when they buy another company and promote the new people over the people that have sacrificed their family life to prove them selfs to a company that had no intention of ever promoting in the first place.or promoting them just when they need them and moving your pay from hourly to salary and taking a pay cut just to get moved aside for your replacement

      Pros

      There are no pros the treat employee like trash put you in terrible situations then get rid of you. They don’t take care of there vehicles and send you to bedbug and cockroach jobs. They say you can turn a job down if you do they threaten to fire you. The lie about payments and don’t give bonuses. They also mess up everyone of your paychecks and make you fight forever to get pay fixed. They don’t respect lunch times and expect you to have the motivation to keep going. They want you to leave or breathe Belfor or suffer the consequences.

      Cons

      They work you to death make you employee of the year then promise you the world just to fire you for no reason and don’t show you proof. Put you in situations that doesn’t follow OSHA guidelines. Insurance fraud jokesters. Don’t follow IICRC guidelines. Go against their own company policies.
