      Great Company, good, talented folk. I personally am a fan of the management philosphy.

      Cons

      Lots of restructures, lots of politics preventing BHP from succeeding. I was there for 3 years, and averaged over 1 restructure per year.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
